Glázer-Transz Kft.

Glázer-Transz Kft. has been serving the construction industry in Győr and the surrounding region since 1997. What began with just two trucks has grown into a stable, diversified company offering quarry materials, transportation, inert waste management, civil engineering services and solutions for private customers.

We value small residential orders of just half a cubic metre as much as large-scale projects requiring several thousand cubic metres. With a solution-oriented approach, our own fleet of machinery and an experienced team, we strive to provide every customer with fast, fair and reliable service.

We take a responsible approach to quarrying, the environment and the communities in which we operate. We are proud to serve our customers with long-term stability and a strong commitment to the local area.

Featured projects

Over the years, we have carried out numerous construction and maintenance projects at the AUDI manufacturing facility. We are particularly proud of our fast response times and the precision and high quality of our paving work.

We currently operate several quarries in Győr in accordance with operating plans approved by the mining authority. Across five locations, we extract and supply nearly one million tonnes of sand, clay and gravel.

Our own product, HOMOKVÁR sand, is a bagged playground sand sold under the HOMOKVÁR brand. Our distribution network consists of nearly ten retail partners.

In the field of civil engineering, we have contributed to the development of a facility with a strong focus on environmental protection, significantly increasing the capacity of Alcufer Kft.’s Fehérvárcsurgó site. We used innovative solutions developed by our own team to carry out the project, ensuring not only cost efficiency but also improved environmental performance.

Our quarries

Glázer-Transz Kft. owns and operates several quarries in the Győr region. Each quarry has its own characteristics and offers different raw materials to meet the diverse needs of the construction industry and private customers.
